1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by id888k (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, promotional offers, and payment processing, you ("the User," "Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming operations in the Republic of the Philippines.

Users attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions through VPNs, proxy servers, or location spoofing technologies will have their accounts immediately terminated with forfeiture of balances.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You represent that you possess full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement. Individuals subject to legal incapacity, bankruptcy proceedings, guardianship orders, or other legal restrictions limiting their ability to contract are prohibited from using id888k services.

2.4 Self-Exclusion and Problem Gambling History

Individuals who have previously self-excluded from id888k or any PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform, or who are listed on national gambling exclusion registries, are prohibited from creating new accounts or accessing Platform services during their exclusion period. Violation of self-exclusion terms may result in prosecution under applicable Philippine gaming laws.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access gaming services on id888k, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to: full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification; date of birth; valid email address; mobile phone number registered in the Philippines; residential address within Philippine territory; and preferred currency (Philippine Peso).

Each individual is permitted only one (1) account on the Platform. Creation of multiple accounts, duplicate registrations, or use of false identities constitutes fraud and will result in permanent banning of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

id888k is required by PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) to verify the identity of all account holders. You agree to provide, upon request or at any time determined by id888k, documents proving your identity, age, residential address, and source of funds.

Acceptable verification documents include: Philippine passport; driver's license issued by the Land Transportation Office; Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID); Social Security System (SSS) ID; postal ID; or other government-issued photo identification. Utility bills, bank statements, or official correspondence dated within the last three (3) months may be required to verify residential address.

Withdrawals may be suspended pending completion of identity verification. id888k reserves the right to request updated verification documents periodically or when suspicious activity is detected. Refusal to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) calendar days shall constitute grounds for account closure with return of deposit funds, minus any bonuses or promotional credits.

3.3 Account Security and Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including username and password. You agree to: (a) choose a strong password combining letters, numbers, and special characters; (b) never share your password with third parties; (c) immediately notify id888k if you suspect unauthorized access to your account; (d) log out from your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

id888k shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorized transactions resulting from your failure to maintain account security or disclosure of credentials to third parties. All activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, shall be deemed your responsibility until you notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

4. Deposits and Payment Processing

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

id888k accepts deposits through the following payment channels: GCash e-wallet; Maya (PayMaya) e-wallet; InstaPay bank transfers from BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other participating banks; PESONet bank transfers; Coins.ph cryptocurrency wallet; USDT (TRC20 and ERC20); and cash deposits through 7-Eleven Cliqq kiosks. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.

4.2 Deposit Processing

E-wallet deposits (GCash, Maya) are typically credited to your account balance within thirty (30) seconds of successful transaction completion. Bank transfers via InstaPay process within minutes during banking hours. PESONet transfers may take up to one (1) business day. Cryptocurrency deposits require blockchain confirmations and typically process within 10-30 minutes depending on network congestion.

All deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases of technical error, duplicate transactions, or when id888k determines that regulatory compliance requires refund. 4.3 Currency and Exchange Rates

All transactions on id888k are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made through cryptocurrency or other non-PHP payment methods will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, plus applicable conversion fees. 5. Withdrawals and Payout Processing

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited under PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering requirements. 5.3 Withdrawal Limits and Fees

Minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. Maximum daily withdrawal limit is PHP 500,000 per 24-hour period for standard accounts. VIP tier members may request higher limits subject to approval. id888k does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month. Subsequent withdrawals may incur a processing fee of 2% or PHP 50, whichever is greater.

5.4 Verification of Withdrawals

id888k reserves the right to verify the source of deposited funds and legitimacy of winnings before processing withdrawal requests. This may include requesting bank statements, proof of income, explanation of fund sources, or additional identification documents. Withdrawals exceeding PHP 100,000 in aggregate value over any seven (7) day period will trigger enhanced verification procedures in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Terms

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

Promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives offered by id888k are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the Platform at the time of promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available only to players who: (a) have completed account registration and identity verification; (b) have made at least one successful deposit; (c) are not currently self-excluded or restricted from promotional offers; (d) have not violated these Terms or engaged in bonus abuse.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash. 6.3 Bonus Expiration and Forfeiture

Detection of bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, potential closure of account(s), and permanent ban from future promotions. id888k reserves the right to withhold deposits pending investigation of suspected fraud.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Random Number Generation

Violation of fair play rules will result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of winnings, and permanent ban from the Platform. id888k reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to PAGCOR and appropriate law enforcement authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

8.1 Responsible Gaming Commitment

8.2 Deposit and Loss Limits

You may not: (a) reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or publicly perform any content from the Platform; (b) download or copy account information for the benefit of another merchant or entity; (c) use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction methods; (d) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from Platform software.

Violation of intellectual property rights may result in civil and criminal prosecution under Republic Act No. 8293 (Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines) and international treaties to which the Philippines is a signatory.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

id888k collects, processes, and stores personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial information, including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure data centers, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or breaches beyond our reasonable control.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Suspension by id888k

id888k reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account immediately without prior notice if we suspect: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent activity or money laundering; (c) underage gambling; (d) use of multiple accounts; (e) bonus abuse; (f) chargebacks or payment disputes; (g) abusive behavior toward staff or other players; (h) any activity that violates Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations.

During suspension, you will be unable to access your account, place wagers, or withdraw funds pending investigation. If investigation confirms violation, your account may be permanently closed with forfeiture of balances. If no violation is found, your account will be reinstated and accessible funds returned.

11.2 Termination by Player

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure request, any outstanding balance will be paid out following standard withdrawal procedures, subject to completion of identity verification and wagering requirement fulfillment for any active bonuses. Closed accounts cannot be reopened unless you contact customer support and pass security verification.

11.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as dormant. Dormant accounts with positive balances may be subject to monthly maintenance fees of PHP 100 or 5% of balance, whichever is less, to cover administrative costs. You will be notified via email before dormancy fees are applied. To prevent dormancy charges, log into your account at least once per year.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, id888k shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or emotional distress, even if id888k has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you have made to id888k during the three (3) month period immediately preceding the claim.

id888k is not responsible for: (a) actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers; (b) delays or failures caused by internet service disruptions, power outages, or telecommunications failures; (c) errors, bugs, or malfunctions in third-party game provider software; (d) losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security; (e) unauthorized access to your account resulting from phishing, social engineering, or malware on your device.

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, your account, or use of id888k services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

13.2 Dispute Resolution Process

Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting id888k customer support with a detailed description of your complaint. We will investigate and respond within ten (10) business days. If informal resolution fails, you agree to submit the dispute to mediation under the rules of the Philippine Mediation Center before pursuing litigation.

13.3 PAGCOR Complaints

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, id888k is subject to regulatory oversight by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. If you are dissatisfied with our resolution of a complaint, you have the right to escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Gaming Licensing and Development Department. 14. Amendments to Terms

id888k reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to users. Continued use of id888k services following posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree with modifications, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

15. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely achieves the original intent.

id888k's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver by id888k of any term or condition shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition.
